Elsa leads the APAC Sustainability & Climate Solutions Specialists team within MSCI’s Client Coverage organization.
Based in Singapore, she oversees the team’s strategic direction across the region and spearheads the engagement in the ASEAN markets. Under her leadership, the team serves as trusted advisors to investors, guiding the integration of sustainability and climate considerations into investment strategies, product innovation, and risk management. Elsa focuses on strengthening client relationships, delivering value-added advisory, and driving the strategic growth of MSCI’s Sustainability and Climate business across APAC while ensuring consistently high-quality client experience and the continuous enhancement of MSCI’s solutions for a diverse client base.
Elsa is a member of MSCI’s Sustainability & Climate senior leadership team, contributing to shape the firm’s strategy and the development of its solutions to meet evolving market needs. Committed to advancing inclusion and leadership diversity, she also co-leads the APAC MSCI’s Women’s Leadership Forum.
With over seventeen years of experience in responsible investment and financial services, Elsa previously held roles at RobecoSAM and as a sustainability specialist, contributing to the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index methodology and advising institutional investors on responsible investment policies.
She holds degrees from Université Paris IX Dauphine and Toulouse Business School, and an MBA from INSEAD
