Richard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and worked in the construction industry for 6 years, before moving into Tax to assist clients to identify their eligible expenditure for capital allowances and incentives.
He is a regular contributor to multi-stakeholder ESG seminars, conferences and training workshops, focusing on greenhouse gas emissions, embodied carbon and green tax incentives.
Richard has led several workshops, guiding various clients in assessing green projects viable for green incentives and carbon tax / CBAM exposure. Richard has also assisted several clients to develop and implement internal carbon pricing (ICP).
