Win Sim is Verra’s Regional Representative for the Asia and Pacific region.
He handles strategic relationships and collaboration with government partners to promote VCM and the use of Verra standards.
He is involved in engaging in policy dialogue and providing government partners technical support such as VCM capacity-building programs, registry interoperability and the operationalization of Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement
