With over 30 years of cross-industry leadership, Pauline brings a rare blend of global corporate insight and public-private sector influence. Her career spans telecommunications, ESG, investment promotion, energy and blockchain — including pivotal roles at Alcatel-Lucent, MAREA (Malaysian Recycling Alliance), InvestKL, ConocoPhillips and DARA (Digital Asset Rating Agency).
She is also the Advisor to JP Contagi Malaysia and DS Sigma Holdings Berhad.
A passionate advocate for innovation and sustainability, she currently serves on seven boards, including EuroCham, BeLuxCham, the French Chamber (CCIFM), Alliance Française de Penang, Women in Tech Malaysia, Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and Sunway Business School.
Pauline holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and remains a key voice shaping Malaysia’s digital and ESG-driven future.
