Harith Ridzuan, also known as Harith Green Carpenter (HGC), is a Malaysian entrepreneur, sustainability advocate, and founder of The Green Factory, a pioneer in sustainable wood manufacturing.
Since 2012, he has built a business around transforming responsibly sourced, reclaimed, and plantation timber into sustainable lifestyle products, furniture, corporate gifts, and design-led solutions. His work has received local and international recognition, including Japan’s Good Design Award 2018 and the Europa Sustainability Award 2018.
Through The Green Factory, Harith has developed multiple eco-focused brands and exported products to more than 20 countries. Beyond manufacturing, he actively advocates for circular economy practices, sustainable consumption, responsible forest management, and practical ESG implementation.
