Nophol “Naps” Techaphangam is the founder and CEO of nornnorn, a circular economy product-as-aservice platform combining product subscriptions with end-of-life take-back and recycling.
Rooted in his family’s near-century heritage in the mattress industry, nornnorn pioneers a model that makes access to high-value, long-life products – such as premium mattresses – financially viable for a wider range of businesses and consumers while reducing waste and preventing greenhouse gas emissions.
nornnorn has been recognised as a circular economy case study by PwC, the ASEAN Secretariat, EU SWITCH-Asia, and the ASEAN CSR Network, and has received R&D grants from the UK Royal Academy of Engineering and the Thai government.
Previously, Naps spent over a decade in growth strategy roles at his family’s SPB Group, active across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a First-Class BSc in Physics with Theoretical Physics from the University of Manchester.
