Prior to joining RHB, he was responsible for the development and implementation of a local Development Financial Institutions\u2019s sustainability and climate strategies. Joel was instrumental in developing and spearheading the impact measurement framework, ensuring all financing activities of the bank were aligned to national development priorities and sustainable development goals.
