As the Founder and Principal Advisor of Clean Energy SEA, Jane operates at the intersection of commercial rigour and regulatory strategy, guided by a philosophy that is both practitioner-led and regionally grounded.<\/p>

With a proven track record as an active practitioner, Jane has personally led and closed complex PPA and term sheet deals across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Her technical proficiency spans crossborder imports as well as virtual and physical PPA structures, making her a vital asset in navigating Asia’s evolving energy landscape.<\/p>

Beyond deal execution, Jane serves as a “Bridge Builder,” uniquely capable of aligning the diverse perspectives of developers, corporate buyers, financiers, legal counsel, and regulators.
