YB Gobind\u2019s ministerial responsibilities include ensuring that the country has the necessary fundamentals to achieve its digital ambitions, such as robust digital infrastructure, sound cyber resilience and high-quality talent pool.<\/p><p>YB Gobind holds a law degree from the University of Warwick, UK and is a Barrister of Lincoln\u2019s Inn.
