Habsah Nordin<\/strong> is a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data strategy, digital transformation, governance, strategic planning, and enterprisewide change management.<\/p><p>As the founding leader of the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (AI COE) in a leading oil &amp; gas company, she spearheaded the development and implementation of AI policies, governance frameworks, and ethical standards. Her visionary leadership has been instrumental in driving large-scale AI enablement programs, fostering cultural adoption, and building organizational competencies to accelerate AI transformation across the enterprise.<\/p><p>Previously, Datin Habsah established and institutionalized the Data Centre of Excellence, championing data democratization and accelerating analytics adoption across the organization. Her efforts have positioned the company as a global benchmark for data and AI governance.<\/p><p>Her contributions have earned her prestigious recognition, including being named one of the <strong>SPARK Asia 200 Digital Visionary Leaders<\/strong> and receiving the <strong>MIA CxO Impact Circle \u2013 Stellar CxO Award<\/strong> in 2023. Under her guidance, the organization has garnered multiple global accolades for transformational initiatives in data and knowledge management since 2020.<\/p><p>A respected thought leader on the international stage, Datin Habsah has delivered keynote addresses at the <strong>World Data Summit<\/strong>, <strong>KM World Summit<\/strong>, and the <strong>Gartner Data and Analytics Conference<\/strong>. She also serves as the <strong>President of DAMA Malaysia<\/strong>, actively contributes to Malaysia\u2019s national AI and data technical committees\u2014including <strong>ISO SC 42 (Artificial Intelligence)<\/strong>\u2014and supports academia as an <strong>Adjunct Lecturer<\/strong> and <strong>Industry Advisory Panel Member<\/strong> at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.<\/p><p>She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation since February 2026.
