He has led more than 40 acquisitions and has managed 10 takeover processes. He has been instrumental in creating a number of unicorns and centaurs.<\/p><p>Georg is the Co-Founder &amp; Executive Chair of Juwai-IQI Holdings, the largest proptech group in ASEAN with more than 45,000 real estate professionals across 30 countries. He is Chair of ASX-listed companies Spacetalk and Centrepoint Alliance. Georg is also Director of Xamble and Kinatico. He is Co-Founder &amp; Chair of Chmiel Global Advisory, and Senior Advisor to brioHR.com, modelmanagement.com, Chair of GoflexEvents, and GreenGlow.Earth.<\/p><p>Georg was previously Executive Chair of iCarAsia, the number 1 online automotive marketplace for ASEAN until its acquisition by CARSOME. He was also MD &amp; CEO of the iProperty Group until its sale to REA Group in the biggest online takeover in ASEAN at that point in time. He was MD &amp; CEO of LJ Hooker Group a leading Australian real estate group with 700 real estate offices across ten countries. Georg also held the position of Group CFO &amp; Acting CEO at REA Group, an Australian based decacorn and worked for KPMG, Deutsche Bank and McKinsey.<\/p><p>Georg is the recipient of the 2026 Malaysian Outstanding Business Leader Award, the 2025 Great ASEAN Excellence Award, the 2025 Inspirational Entrepreneur Award, the 2025 Best Technology Entrepreneur Award, the 2025 Asia-Pacific Business Leadership Excellence Award, the 2024 World Digital Icon Leadership Award, the 2023 Master Entrepreneur Award (APEA), the 2023 PIKOM Unicorn Award, the 2022 Excellence Award for Digital Transformation (Malaysia Australia Business Council) and others.
