Al Fadzriq is currently the Head of Stakeholder Engagement of Capital Markets Malaysia (CMM), an affiliate of the Securities Commission Malaysia mandated with promoting Malaysia’s capital market both domestically and internationally.
Fadzriq joined CMM in 2023, with expertise in public & government affairs and communications. Fadzriq’s current work revolves around stakeholder engagement with domestic and international capital market authorities and intermediaries to promote the development and profile of Malaysia’s capital market.
Prior to joining CMM, he served as the Government Relations liaison at Axiata Group and gained valuable experience at PR agencies Edelman Malaysia and Essence-Burson Marsteller. His roles involved servicing local and regional clients, with a strong emphasis on corporate reputation and crisis management.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Human Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a major in Linguistics and Literature.
