Teresa Wong is the Chief Risk Officer at Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad covering Risk Management for the Property and Casualty Segment. She is also the Head of Sustainability Risks for Zurich’s Malaysian entities.
She has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, with focus on underwriting, project management in integration / M&A, risk management and most recently since 2019 sustainability.
In her current role, she assists the business through an effective and efficient enterprise wide risk management framework, providing direct input into risk-based decision making. Sustainability is a key topic of interest, and she supports the business in championing key sustainability initiatives throughout the organization.
