Teo Mye Lene is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Zurich Malaysia. She is responsible for transforming the human resources (HR) function by driving simplicity, innovation, and digitalisation.
She brings more than 20 years of HR working experience across various industries such as technology, logistics and manufacturing. She is highly skilled in strategic planning, change management, leadership development, talent and succession management and has a proven track record in developing people, building teams and organizations.
In her previous role, Mye Lene was the Head of HR Software Development Asia in India and Head of HR for IT Services in Malaysia. In this dual role, she worked tirelessly to build the company from an unknown brand to a leading software employer brand across top universities in India. She also created a robust learning and development framework across all levels for her employer in India with the set-up of a technical academy, multiskilled development, and intern & graduate programmes.
