Niko Van Cauwenberge was appointed as the Supply Chain Director at HEINEKEN Malaysia in 2023. Niko has a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry specializing in Brewing from the University of Ghent, Niko has extensive experience within the HEINEKEN Group. Before his current role, he served as Supply Chain Director in Mozambique, where he established a new supply chain organization and successfully navigated operational challenges during COVID-19. He also held the position of Supply Chain Director at HEINEKEN Jamaica, where he integrated production processes and implemented HEINEKEN’s operational standards, and was previously the Supply Chain Manager in St. Lucia, focusing on the growth and integration of a local soft drink plant. Niko joined HEINEKEN in 2008 as a Brewing Specialist, contributing to investment projects globally before leading the Brewing Specialists department.
