Matthias Gelber is an international ESG and Sustainability expert who supports various sustainable brands with their ESG and NetZero journeys.
In 2022, he completed a two-and-a- half-year assignment as ESG advisor at the Philippine Stock Exchange. He was voted the Greenest Person on the Planet in 2008 and has given talks in 42 countries internationally and five times at TEDx events. Between 2004 and 2016 he lived in Malaysia under MM2H and was a member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers.
He gave many talks for corporations in Malaysia, the government and universities/schools inspiring many young people on their sustainability journey with his inspirational and practical content.
Matthias holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Brunel University, UK, and now lives a happy family life in the Philippines. He is a regular trainer and advisor for various industries, has recently co-founded the ESG innovation hub, and designed the Certified ESG Innovator training program.
