Ts Dr Nurul Muiz Murad is a global strategic specialist in Renewable Energy and Environmental Sustainable Development. He possesses strong technical background in Engineering having obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University in Melbourne with 18 years global corporate experience in the various fields of Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Sustainable Development.
Ts Dr Muiz was involved in global strategic advisory, facilitation and consulting services to various government bodies, corporate and industrial agencies in various sectors. His areas of expertise include environmental sustainable development high level policy development and implementation, global strategic project partnership, technology research, development and commercialization.
Ts Dr Muiz has a strong technical background in commercial research and development, having worked extensively as an academic and researcher for various internationally renowned universities. He founded and established companies that provides various services, products and solutions in the areas of sustainability and green technology. He published internationally and served as guest speaker in conferences worldwide.
He was recognized for his efforts and achievement by STAR newspaper profiling him in the STAR Outstanding Malaysian Abroad in 2009.
Ts Dr Muiz is the current Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan Hijau Malaysia (YHM), a federal foundation under the Ministry of Natural Resource and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) responsible for advocating and implementing climate-based action and education programme to benefit Malaysian community at large.
