Zenna Law is the co-founder and CEO of Pinkcollar Employment Agency, Malaysia’s pioneering ethical recruitment agency for migrant domestic workers. Passionate about youth-led initiatives that challenge outdated systems, Zenna returned to Malaysia in 2017 after earning a BA in East European Politics from University College London (UCL) with a mission to reform the entrenched issues of modern slavery within Malaysia’s migrant recruitment sector. Her prior experiences between 2015-2017 in diplomacy, nonprofit advocacy, social innovation, social services, and state research across Moscow, Geneva, and London solidified her conviction to launch Pinkcollar.
Founded in 2019, Pinkcollar sets a new industry standard with its migrant hiring solution, which enforces zero-placement-fee and zero-salary-deduction policies, promoting ethical sourcing and recruitment practices. Since its inception, Pinkcollar has saved over M500,000 in recruitment debt for more than 500 migrant workers, empowering them with fair, safe, and dignified job opportunities. Today, Pinkcollar has achieved a cumulative revenue of RM8.2 million while progressing an industry model that protects worker rights and enhances transparency for employers.
