Sr Nazir Muhamad Nor is an experienced construction industry leader with over 20 years of
expertise in quantity surveying, construction standards, materials regulation, and digital
construction. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CIDB Digital Sdn. Bhd. and has
held senior leadership roles in CIDB Malaysia and BCISM Sdn. Bhd. He is also a Fellow of
RISM, Vice President and Chair of the RISM Quantity Surveying Division, with strong
involvement in national committees, construction standards, BIM initiatives, and industry
policy development. His contributions have been recognised through several excellence and
service awards, including the PAQS Service Excellence Award 2025 and KSN recognition for
public service reform.
