He currently serves on the country leadership team for Turner & Townsend Malaysia and overseas the Occupier and Retail sector for Asia.
Joshua has extensive experience in Portfolio & Program Management in a variety of organizations like NGOs, developers, international consultants, corporate occupiers, energy, retail and hospitality operators.
He was responsible in leading various levels of teams working on interior fit-out of 200 shops, 4-star hotel with 704 suites and full facilities, extension and refurbishment of 550 apartment suites, food and beverage outlets, function areas and common facilities, all as part of his extensive project management experience.
Since 2023, Joshua has held the position of President at the Project Management Institute (PMI), Malaysia Chapter. Under his guidance, the chapter has undergone significant transformation, enhancing member experiences and fostering a vibrant project management community. Joshua’s leadership has been instrumental in bringing together the project management practitioners in the country, for the betterment of the chapter and giving back to the community.
Joshua is a respected leader, responsible and independent with a continuous drive for improvement and advancement. He is adept at communication and senior stakeholder management and excels at balancing the diverse risks and opportunities on large and complex programs.
