Alexandria Abishegam holds the position of Senior Manager for the Southeast Asia Business Exchange, and Critical & Enabling Technology Sectors for Malaysia and Brunei.
She previously worked in the International Economics and Security Division for the G20 Finance Tracks at the Australian Treasury, supporting the Infrastructure Working Group on sustainable development related to climate, energy, and digital transitions. Alexandria has also worked in the Department of Communications, representing Australia at the regional and international level for the revision of the international treaty on radio-frequency spectrum and geostationary and non-geostationary satellite orbits at the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity and United Nations, World Radiocommunications Conference.
Alexandria is passionate about gender inclusion and has championed several initiatives through the International Telecommunications Union Network for Women.
She is an alumna of the University of Western Australia and the University of Sydney, where she completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in commerce specialising in International Business.
