A proactive collaborator and strategic policymaker, YB Chang has a strong political track record, having served as the Perak State Legislative Assembly Member for Teja (2008-2018) and as Vice President of the People’s Justice Party (PKR) since 2018, where he also holds the position of State Chairman for Perak.
